Attorney Timothy Davis focuses his practice on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, visitation, and support. Timothy also regularly handles criminal defense cases, personal injury matters, and estate planning. He strives to ease the burdens of his clients with tailored strategies to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.
Timothy brings with him over 17 years of litigation experience. He started his legal career as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Fairfax County where he handled hundreds of criminal trials from murder to minor traffic offenses. After leaving the public sector, Timothy became a partner at The Davis Law Firm and has litigated family law cases for over 14 years while also litigating criminal matters and personal injury cases. Timothy’s litigation experience allows him to evaluate each case to implement strategies for every client that match their needs and circumstances.
